1. Important Information

Oaku Financials LLC (“Oaku Financials,” “Oaku,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides tax advisory, digital-asset consulting and education, strategic financial education, fraud and cybersecurity-related consulting, digital-asset recovery support, and related advisory and educational services.

The information presented on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes unless Oaku Financials has entered into a separate written engagement with a client specifying otherwise.

Use of this website, submission of an inquiry, downloading materials, subscribing to communications, or participating in a complimentary Discovery Call does not, by itself, create a professional advisory, tax, legal, accounting, investment-management, or other fiduciary relationship with Oaku Financials.

A professional relationship with Oaku Financials begins only when the applicable parties execute a written engagement agreement defining the services to be provided.

2. Tax Information & Tax Advisory

Tax laws, regulations, administrative guidance, reporting requirements, and interpretations change frequently and may depend significantly upon an individual’s or business’s particular facts and circumstances.

Information appearing on this website should therefore not be interpreted as individualized tax advice.

Where Oaku Financials is formally engaged to provide tax advisory services, the nature and scope of those services will be defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Oaku Financials does not represent that any particular tax strategy will be appropriate or available for every taxpayer. Tax consequences may vary based upon jurisdiction, entity structure, income, transactions, ownership, residency, investment activity, and numerous other factors.

Clients should provide complete and accurate information and should consult the appropriate qualified professionals regarding their individual circumstances.

4. Not Accounting, Audit or Bookkeeping Services

Unless expressly stated in a separate written engagement, Oaku Financials does not provide audit, assurance, attestation, or bookkeeping services.

Oaku Financials may work collaboratively with a client’s CPA, EA, accountant, bookkeeper, and other professionals to help coordinate information and strategies.

5. No Investment & Securities Disclosure

Content concerning stocks, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, DeFi, tokenization, stablecoins, blockchain networks, staking, wallets, protocols, real-world assets, or other investments is provided for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer to sell, solicitation to purchase, or recommendation of any security, digital asset, investment product, or financial instrument.

Oaku Financials does not guarantee investment returns or the future value, performance, liquidity, or suitability of any asset, strategy, technology, platform, or protocol.

Digital assets can be highly volatile and may involve substantial risk, including possible loss of some or all capital.

This boundary is especially important because providing investment advice for compensation can implicate federal or state investment-adviser regulation depending upon the activities and circumstances

6. Digital Assets, DeFi & Emerging Technology

Digital assets and emerging financial technologies involve risks that may not exist—or may operate differently—in traditional financial markets.

These risks may include, among others:

  • Price volatility

  • Smart-contract vulnerabilities

  • Protocol failures

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Private-key loss

  • Custody failures

  • Counterparty failures

  • Liquidity limitations

  • Bridge vulnerabilities

  • Stablecoin risks

  • Regulatory changes

  • Tax-reporting complexities

  • Technological obsolescence

References to cryptocurrencies, blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges, protocols, tokenization platforms, or other technologies do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee unless explicitly stated.

Past adoption, historical performance, or technological development does not guarantee future results.

7. Digital-Asset Recovery & Fraud

Oaku Financials may provide investigative, forensic, educational, analytical, and recovery-support services relating to suspected fraud, scams, compromised accounts, lost or stolen digital assets, and other digital-asset incidents, as specified in an applicable engagement agreement.

No recovery can be guaranteed.

Blockchain tracing, forensic analysis, or identification of transactions does not necessarily mean that assets can be frozen, seized, or returned.

Recovery may depend upon factors outside Oaku Financials’ control, including exchanges, custodians, financial institutions, law-enforcement agencies, courts, counterparties, foreign jurisdictions, and the continuing availability of assets.

8. Cybersecurity & Privacy

No website, communication system, blockchain network, wallet, exchange, custodian, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Oaku Financials may provide education and consulting concerning cybersecurity, fraud prevention, privacy, custody, and risk management, but cannot guarantee that any recommended control or procedure will prevent fraud, hacking, theft, identity theft, data loss, or other security incidents.

Users should never transmit wallet seed phrases, private keys, or passwords through ordinary website forms or unsolicited communications.

9. No Guarantees of Results

Oaku Financials does not guarantee any specific financial, tax, investment, business, recovery, wealth-building, or other outcome.

Examples, illustrations, case studies, scenarios, and projections are provided to explain concepts and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results.

Individual results depend upon numerous factors, including each client’s circumstances, decisions, implementation, market conditions, tax position, regulatory environment, and actions taken by independent third parties.

10. Testimonials & Case Studies

Testimonials and case studies represent the experiences or circumstances described and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client will achieve the same or similar results.

Where required, material relationships, compensation, or other relevant connections associated with testimonials or endorsements will be disclosed.

This is particularly important because the FTC says endorsements must be truthful and not misleading, and material connections that could affect how consumers evaluate an endorsement should be clearly disclosed.

The FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule also addresses fake testimonials, insider relationships, and certain review practices.

11. Third-Party Products, Services & Providers

Oaku Financials may discuss, demonstrate, link to, or collaborate with independent professionals, software providers, exchanges, custodians, wallets, tax-software companies, educational organizations, technology providers, and other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these parties are independent from Oaku Financials.

Oaku Financials does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, security practices, pricing, availability, performance, or representations.

Users should independently evaluate third-party providers before engaging or transferring funds or assets to them.

12. Affiliate & Referral Disclosure

Oaku Financials may maintain referral, affiliate, strategic-partner, sponsorship, advertising, or other commercial relationships with certain third parties discussed or linked through its website, publications, videos, podcasts, social-media content, or educational materials.

Where applicable, Oaku Financials may receive compensation, commissions, referral fees, discounts, promotional consideration, or other benefits when someone purchases or engages a third-party product or service through an Oaku referral or link.

Such relationships do not increase the price paid by a customer unless specifically disclosed otherwise and should not substitute for the customer’s independent evaluation of the product or provider.

The FTC specifically advises that affiliate relationships be disclosed clearly and conspicuously close to the recommendation or link; merely labeling something an “affiliate link” may not adequately explain that the publisher can receive compensation.

13. Professional Collaboration

Oaku Financials believes complex financial and digital-asset matters frequently benefit from a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach.

Accordingly, Oaku Financials may work alongside a client’s existing:

  • CPA

  • Enrolled Agent

  • Attorney

  • CFP®

  • CFA®

  • Investment professional

  • Insurance professional

  • Estate-planning professional

  • Cybersecurity professional

  • Other advisors

Unless separately authorized and appropriately qualified to perform a particular regulated service, Oaku’s role is not to replace those professionals but to help clients understand complex issues, identify opportunities and risks, organize information, and facilitate more coordinated decision-making.

14. Educational Content

Articles, infographics, whitepapers, videos, podcasts, courses, presentations, calculators, checklists, artificial-intelligence-generated or assisted content, and other resources published by Oaku Financials are educational materials.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to provide accurate and useful information, Oaku Financials does not warrant that educational materials are complete, error-free, or current for every jurisdiction or circumstance.

Users should verify important information before making financial, tax, legal, investment, or security decisions.

15. Artificial Intelligence

Oaku Financials may use artificial intelligence and other technology to assist with research, analysis, content development, education, workflow management, or service delivery.

AI-generated or AI-assisted information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and should not independently be relied upon for material tax, legal, investment, or financial decisions.

Where professional judgment is required, appropriate human review should be applied.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Oaku Financials name, branding, methodologies, graphics, reports, educational materials, infographics, videos, publications, frameworks, and original website content are owned by or licensed to Oaku Financials and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The proprietary branded frameworks include:

  • OAKU 360° WEALTH + DIGITAL ASSET OPPORTUNITY REVIEW™

  • Cryptoized Trifecta™

  • PLAN + INVEST + PROTECT™

No Oaku content may be reproduced, republished, sold, commercially distributed, modified, or used to create derivative commercial products without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

17. Website Accuracy & Changes

Oaku Financials may update, modify, or remove website content at any time.

Because tax rules, digital-asset regulations, technologies, and market conditions can change rapidly, information that was accurate when published may subsequently become outdated.

Publication dates and “last updated” dates should therefore be considered when reviewing Oaku educational content.

18. Geographic Availability

Oaku Financials is based in Texas and may serve clients in other U.S. jurisdictions where its services may lawfully be provided.

Availability of particular services may depend upon a client’s location, the nature of the requested service, and applicable federal or state requirements.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer to provide a regulated professional service in a jurisdiction where Oaku Financials or the applicable professional is not authorized to provide that service.

19. Complimentary Discovery Call

The complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call is intended to understand a prospective client’s situation, determine whether Oaku Financials may be an appropriate fit, and identify a possible next step.

The complimentary Discovery Call does not include personalized tax strategies, investment recommendations, legal advice, or a comprehensive analysis of the prospective client’s circumstances.

Individualized recommendations or analysis, where offered, are provided only through an appropriate paid engagement and subject to the applicable engagement terms.

20. Limitation of Reliance

Users are responsible for evaluating information and making their own financial and business decisions.

Before implementing a material tax, legal, investment, estate-planning, cybersecurity, or digital-asset strategy, users should obtain advice appropriate to their circumstances from appropriately qualified professionals.
